Vi is so incredibly difficult to manage.
If she gets ahead you just cannot stop her at all..

Vi falls into that category of junglers like Jarvan and Xin. If you build tank no damage, if you build damage you explode. Eve can carry I have a blog up on how to Eve. She's currently the only jungler I recommend more than a single damage item on. *RIP Hecarim.
