ok so the nerf to panths spear shot isn't as bad as the patch notes suggested, which is good. in fact i think panth is fine now. sure i'll miss the couple damage on spear but its worth it for the actual usefulness to hss, plus the mana cost buff to his ulti. if only it was easier to hit people though...

Um apparently Pantheon's HSS was nerfed today because of QQers.
Not a big difference from 28/31/34/37/40%, but still a nerf. Also it supposedly won't show up on the tooltip until next patch.

In other news: I TOTALLY AGREE DEWO. Why the **** does he need a movement speed nerf of all things?!? ****ing ******ed. And Phosphorous Bomb not revealing anymore? Really? Do they really want a champion in the game just so people can look OVER it? Wow completely ******ed -_- Must've slipped my mind. What's with the ****ing Corki nerf >.> Now us corki players have to waste money on wards and Oracles while we have a useless ****ing skill that does barely any damage late game, the only time Corki is actually good.
