Rumble...

[/quote] He's really strong because with his flamethrower + double harpoons after he gets his rylais he has such strong CC that he can lock a single target down and annihilate them. He can chase well with his infinite slows + his shield, and he can run well with his shield. He has quite a bit of utility in a teamfight with his ultimate, and focusing him down just gives his team a huge advantage. This would all be balanced if he had mana, but he can rush a giant's belt and still spam his spells like crazy.[/quote]
