They'll probably try. They're actually extraditing a 23-year old student from my country at the moment for hosting a website which directed people to copyrighted films and TV programs, and he could be in US jail for up to 5 years.
Obviously he was in the wrong, but it really pisses me off that America can simply extradite the guy no questions asked, like they're the world police. Why couldn't the British police file charges against him?
