keep her there is no point in refunding things unless you want to buy other things faster and unless its a limited time skin its not like any of the champs are going away

I'm not really sure about the whole " Syndra is Underpowered" thing so far, kinda reminds me of when Rengar just came out and everyone was thinking bad about him just because he was not roflstomping like a Darius, a Zyra or a Diana right after they got out.
Tought I didn't get enough money to buy Syndra yet, I do believe that she is a really balanced champion so far, her Q seems easy to land and have a good range, the aoe stun should be reliable if you can lure your enemy right, and her ultimate deals some nice damage and allows a nice aoe stun follow to the whole team. Still, That's just my poor personal experience from something like 10 or 20 encounters with Syndra players. As far as I'm concerned, I'd recommend you to keep your refund credits for more important sales, and actually wait until she is buffed or you get used to her.  |

I'd say: Hold on to her (I think she's strong just needs a few tweaks) If in the 90 day period you still don't want her, refund her. IF something comes along that you REALLY REALLY want, and can;t get rid of anyone else. Then ditch Syndra.

She's pretty likely to get buffed in one of the upcoming patches I'd say.
