So I have 5k ip and 4k rp.......I only have 4 champs left to buy what should I do with all my points??

champs I dont own: Vayne,Kat,LeBlanc,MF

Generally you shold buy skins with RP and runes with IP. I'd say only buy those champs if you really want to. Other than that, get a few skins and runesets for your favorite champions.

guess this is a good time to ask what are good runes for Garen right now I run Move speed Quints,ArP Marks,Cooldown Glyphs and Armor per lvl seals.
