WHat should I do?

[/quote] You do appear to be right: at 1.41 armor per seal, that totals at 12.69 armor total for flat armor seals, meaning you are reducing incoming damage to you by around 10%, as opposed to the 6.8% dodge chance from dodge seals. However, while there are several armor penetration items and runes, there are no dodge reduction runes and very little dodge reduction items, so it narrows down to personal preference (at least in my mind).[/quote]
