Yup ^^ Also should report those that you see in the blog list too. Blogs aren't meant for advertising guides.
Yeah if someone is blatantly advertising their guide you can report it. There are systems on the site already to help users find guides, they don't need authors to post them randomly in the forums too.
On blogs though, I don't think it's such a big deal. Just posting a blog article that says "check out my guide *link*" is pretty lame and we'd probably de-list the article, but otherwise I think it's a little different. We'll have to see how that goes.
