Hi! I just made an account yesterday and when i was trying to verify my summoner/account it wouldnt let me. i put the code in a mastery page but it says that i still cannot be verified. is there something i am doing wrong?

Mine got updated instantly after placements. I also reverified my elo like two days ago when I skipped two divisions but I don't know how it is right now.

I think there is a problem with EloPhant (the service that takes care of verification). Not sure though!

I know there was an issue with elophant the other day, so that might've been the problem. If it gives an error it's almost always because the service was temporarily down, and you just have to try again later.
