Yep exact same problem here too. Not to mention I am missing one of my items pages, so I believe that guides using more than one of the [item=] code will not display. Of course this is just a guess.

Let's just hope it will be fixed soon. Most of the recent comments on my guides are users asking me why I have Karthus' skilling order when the guide is about Nasus/Morgana/Ashe etc.

Ok it's fixed, let me know if you spot any issues still! Some places may need a cache refresh. Some code changes for the new guide system were causing it to look in the wrong place for the build ID, so the results were unpredictable.
