I am happy that this "build" came with so much appriciated attension.

I didnt thought it about this way, but Matt's suggestion about #6 is VERY good.
Dont know why ppl missunderstand that 150 chars part. Yes i ment miniumum amount not maximum... that would kill my personal invension of (as Alahric counted some time ago over 3000 words so muuuuuch more chars :). If we consider 5 letter word as the common ones. it will be 30 words. 3 sentences. I think that anyone with some kind of thought about their build can write 3 full sentences about the decisions he/she made with picking items, runes, masteries and so on.

Also i thought about the thing that ppl post about my person and i think Matt does also "the only moderation we've discussed implementing is addressing how everyone treats each other on the site."
We have comments on Builds, champs, why not users? Or some kind of warnings? Thumb up/down could work also, with 5x thumb down (ofc with implementation of commenting on -1!), person gets admin/editor/moderator attension who checks the -1 comments and decides to put a warning on a person (more or less how it works on some phpBB's). After 3 warnings he gets "silenced" for some time, not beeing able to post a comment and rate.
just an idea.

@ AnalSamurai

Please show me at least 1 that kind of situation EVER. I can show like 10 of oposite just from last month. It might be semi-solved by implementing description lenght, but still someone could ctrl+c ctrl+v a guide with 150 "LOL! LOL! LOL!..." inside and still post 6 guides. I dont find it hard to wait 2 hrs on publishing next build. It might be even 1hr just to discourage spammers from chain posting.

"If people aren't smart enough to click "Save as draft" then how will the new buttons fix it? Maybe I'm just missing something."

I dont treat it like this. And eventho, if people are not smart enaugh, lets make them easier for them?
I think my english is on quite reasonable level but i must admit that i didnt undestand the word "draft" untill i checked it in dictionary. When i was posting my 1st (omg again that veigar s**t i posted :((( ) I was confued whitch button to press. I saw Save and publish that i understood right away, but i also thought "Save as draft... hmmm WTF is that, nah i will better publish it right away becouse i dont want to loose the work i've done with this build" So i didnt use Save as Draft as well.

Making one button to SAVE the build, and than when you enter your saved build to publish it makes things less complicated imho. 1 button to press, no decision to make.

Also i thought about "pop" window after clicking "Save and publish" with:
"Are you sure you want to publish your guide? It the guide is not finished and still needs adjustments please use Save as draft option." With Save as draft button next to "Yes, Publish".
But it might be too much text to read and ppl would tend to click "yes publish" buttton.

I also agree with the +1/-1 after missclick, but it has to be for fixed amount of time (5mins or so)

"This "build" would have been good in a forum of some sort ;)" Exactly that was the point of creating it.
and this is a perfect answer to Dirty Goolash:
"I agree, but couldn't you just use the suggestion box on the home page?"

So far we got 12 (-1) and 33 (+1) votes.

I would like to hear from those ppl that -1ed this why they think this issues are not worth implementing maybe you have better ideas, suggestions, or maybe you just -1 everything that is created here :)

I only disagree with the language restriction.
Sure it's not pleasent when you can't read sth because you don't speak the language, but maybe that's even what the author wants.
Or he's oing his guide for his community which isn't capeable of the english language. And he's using this site because the models one can use are just awesome and maybe unique.

All other points are right though. Also preventing spam builds makes ppl read real builds more and so they get the attention they deserve.

I was just pointing out something you probably hadn't thought about... I know it doesn't happen as much as people spam builds.

As for the "save as draft" button and such, if it makes it easier for people, then go for it. Since I speak English, I didn't see how that was confusing.

BTW, I -1'd on accident, hence the need for the vote correction...

Eh... builds without a description or with a ****ing excuse is just spam, I mean they rarely think things through and most of the time it seems like they can't even type. I've even put more effort into 1 comment of the build, than the person has on build it self.

You need Reasoning, Explantion, and a bit of Information on the Champion.
If you don't have that then there is no real build, I was clueless when a person posted Guardian Angel as the first item and why would you mix up Masteries, Runes and Abilties that much? With reasoning you will actually start to make sence and it will shorten those FAQ's in the comment section. But all you really need is a strategy, how to play early-mid-late game. If you can do that, and if you've actually put some effort into a build that actually works... then it's worth a while. It's not the length of the guide, it's just that to do this thoroughly you need a long *** description to explain everything. But you need Sections if you want people to read of course, but who does that anyway?

It's a matter of actually having a description, and NOT having a description!
Hope you understand that Peonchop2, because you seem to have added a description on your own build.

I agree fully on every statement, especially the one about people -1'ing without a reason.

2. Every vote considered negative ("thumb down", -1) should be enforced to leave a comment.
Isn't that called something? oh, right.. the comment section ^ ^,
No, but srsly I think we should really make them make a list of why -1.

3. Every guide should have a fixed minimum limit of chars in description section. (example 150 characters)
Well, 150 characters is not the type of cap you need.. I was thinking 2000, pfft, im kidding. They should add sections or suggestion to what a description needs, such as early-mid-late game strategy and reasoning behind Masteries, Runes, Abilities, Summoner spells, and Items. I mean people aren't too lazy to add a description, if so then they shouldn't be making a build in the first place. I think they just need some ideas on what to do -> Therefore suggestions on what a description should have.

I agree with Alahric about #3, I think if you built different sections into the description it would be much easier for people to write the description. For example, a section in the description eplxaining items, a section for early game, a section for mid game, a section for late game, etc.
