Anyway, its mainly for the mres, and the fact that most people will try to counter him by picking up close and personal champs like
Fizz or Katarina, so it does still work. The point of this build is to make him deal more than decent (but not insane) damage and be as tanky as possible. If you want max damage grab other stuff.

Fiddle is a fantastic jungler. He's extremely fragile early game and even up to mid game, but come late game, he can be THE reason your team wins a teamfight with a surprise ultimate into the enemy team.
Good warding and paying attention to your enemy team often cancels surprises. Works well on pubs tho.
