I always hated Shaco ^
My question is, without bulwark and aegis getting built into locket which junglers will get mainly, what do supports get now :(?
Are we getting forced into double lockets?

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Check the other discussion about the PBE notes - we had a little bit of a discussion out there.
Why can't they just leave support alone for a moment? These are no balance patches, this is just f*cking it all up again because they like to. I'm not going to run Twin Shadows on Alistar and Leona -_-

Runic Bulwark is targeted at junglers, not supports. If anything, supports were pretty much left alone while junglers received substantial changes across the board.It is a balance patch because a major flaw in itemization (lack of MR outside of one must-buy) has been addressed and fixed. This is a good thing.
