We have just launched the first of several updates to the new tournament system. So fast you say? Well that's just how we roll here :)

This update adds a pretty bracket tree display to the tournament view page, so that you can easily keep track of the progress and upcoming matches! We have added tabs to the tournament page as well, to save you from piles of scrolling.

There is a new tournament rules tab on every tournament page, these are our general tournament rules that will apply to all tournaments. I suggest everyone have a read through. We will continue to update and refine these rules as time goes on, so if you have any suggestions or concerns or clarifications, let us know!

Additionally, we have added "view match" and "view team" pages. You can click on any match in the tournament bracket to see what teams are involved, and then you can click on the team name to view their team page. Both pages also have a discussion section. These pages will grow in information and features soon, but for now they provide a lot more visibility, as well as a perfect place to discuss and plan matches.

Enjoy!

A couple small improvements. As I mentioned in the other thread, we fixed the issue that was causing browsers to choke on the tournament page.

Additionally, we have added an "Official Clock" at the top right of the tournament pages (much to DEWO's joy). For US tourneys this will show PST and for EU tourneys it will show GMT+0. This is provided for convenience to make it easier to schedule matches with people that aren't in your time zone. There can be no confusion this way - everyone is looking at the same time zone there.
