Well you can divide it by fifteen, but it wouldn't give you an answer beyond
a/15 = b (b just being 1/15 of A)
since you don't know the value of A, all we learn from this is......nothing xD

pls u guise suck, A actually has a standard value, in the hexadecimal system.
In the hexadecimal numeric system, A = 10 in the decimal system. In the hexadecimal numeric system, 10 = 16 in the decimal system.
Thus 10 + 5 = 15, 16 + 5 = 21
10/21 = 0,476
Thus A/15 = 0,476
