So you got version 2? Desktop PC or laptop? If desktop: did you plug it into the front or back of the PC? The easiest way of checking whether it's the headset or soundcard/PC is to use it with a different device. Try plugging it into your phone, if you have a reasonably modern smartphone (list the model plx). There really shouldn't be any noise at all.[/quote]
