Got the headset today. Not sure what to think at the moment. The sound quality is a questionmark. Maybe it's because I'm used to Siberia but the sound quality especially when listening to music is strange. The sound is clear but it's like too clear to a point where some high sounds almost sound broken.

I think it's a matter of getting used to it as Siberia is kinda bass heavy like u guys said. The biggest problem however is annoying extra sound I get when I plug-in the headset. It has like default buzzing noise 24/7 like on old televisions when you couldn't find channel

Did you get the USB version or the 3.5mm jack one? From my limited sound knowledge, if you have the 3.5mm jack version that could be electromagnetic interference usually found on ****py internal soundcards. Did you hook it up to the front of your PC or the back? Sometimes it helps to plug it in directly to the sound card (at the back).

3.5mm jack version makes the electromagnetic sound, USB makes the strange buzzing sound.

Is it because I have like no seperate sound card purchased? Siberia V2 has worked fine though so I don't get what's the reason behind all the troubles in this one.

DETAILS PLEASE. You keep omitting important information..

So you got version 2?
Desktop PC or laptop?
If desktop: did you plug it into the front or back of the PC?

The easiest way of checking whether it's the headset or soundcard/PC is to use it with a different device. Try plugging it into your phone, if you have a reasonably modern smartphone (list the model plx).

There really shouldn't be any noise at all.

Ok the sound was the quality you'd expect when I plugged it on my phone. Didn't have any buzzing sound.

Yet to try with USB because no other computer in use atm. Will get to that later today.
Yet to try USB on the back too, gotta go do stuff now so I'll try that out later today too.

USB sockets really shouldn't matter. It's the 3.5mm socket in the front/back that might matter.

I tried the socket in the back and the problem remains. There's quiet but clearly recognizeable "white noise" when listening to music for example. It's almost like the headset is trying to boost some background noises louder which otherwise would be left unnoticed.

3.5mm jack's electromagnet noises are gone, I think I didn't plug the headset properly but now that it's correctly plugged in, I hear the "white noise".

I checked some threads and it seems few others have same problem

My keyboard(cherry mx-board 3.0) has a loose connection. I already tried a different cable, so it has to be something with the keyboard itself, which pretty much means that I'll have to get a new one. I have my doubts about getting another mx-board 3.0 because my problem seems to be fairly common.

This means that I'd like some advice. I need a mechanical keyboard with a german(qwertz) layout. For switches, I would prefer mx reds. I tried browns and blacks and didn't like them and a have yet to try blues(I didnd't really like the tactile feel on browns so I doubt I will like them). I would prefer having a numpad. Additional hotkeys would be nice but are not necessary. I wanna spend around 100€(spending more isn't too much of a problem if you give me a good reason).
