Pretty much what I would run too. I'd advise you not to make a guide yet cuz everything might be ****ed up in the game when the season changes. If you want though, go for it.
Not quite what I run in that order.
Kalista benefits LOTS from Attack Speed, so I only grab one defensive item to keep up the damage and rate of fire on her.
Also max
Fate's Call->
Pierce->
Rend->
Sentinel.
See the guide in my sig for a more in-depth explanation why I run the items I run.
Two builds: Standard Attack speed based with life steal and some heavy AD items, and one sustain build to stay in lane forever.
Yes, I know it's "taboo" to make a guide this early, but changes to her are weeks away at best.
They're still gathering statistics and feedback over there at Riot, so for now, this is what I run :)

Currently she seems like a very potential ADC if you possess the mechanics and the skill and knowledge of the champion. She's very hard to farm with due to the fact that you can't cancel an autoattack once
Current masteries: 21/7/2, 21/9/0 or 22/8/0 seem to be the best choices. I myself run the one in the middle.
