Tysus, The Medium of Evil and Good
Roles: Support, or DPS mage... Or both!


Lore:
Tysus was born the son of Morgana in a far off land. The war had continued through his childhood and now Tysus was of a higher age, Morgana sought after him.

Morgana sent Tysus on a mission to obtain a guarded artifact from the temple on the highest mountain. He had killed many of the monks guarding the artifact until there was only one guardian left in the main chamber, one who went by the name of will-o'. Will-o' was sent by Kayle to defend this artifact fore she knew that Morgana was plotting on using it's power. Without word they fought for many days and nights never ceasing until Will-o' had gotten Tysus into a bind and had the chance to end his life. She had seen the future in his eyes of the good that he could become and the good he could do. In that instance of tysus drew his hand into the very being of Will-o' ending her life slowly. She died knowing that she could continue her life by living within Tysus as part of his essence, and well as splitting into an essence being.

Where he had once been pail with naked deathly wings half of his body became full of life, gaining color and full wings. He felt a whole new person come over him and his thoughts had changed. He did not know what any of this meant to him, but he felt strange. Without grabbing the artifact and without noticing the monk coming in for backup he followed Will-o's remaining essence spirit to runeterra where she was going to aid Kayle. While on Runeterra he pledged to fight by his mother's side so that he could uncover the mysteries of this spirit he had killed.

His decisions decide the fate of the war, and the fate of Runeterra.


The Medium of Good and Evil
Tysus' "mana" bar will be an unholy/holy bar. It will start off in the middle and for every time you use a support spell you get holy points and for every time you use damaging spell you gain unholy points. Having high unholy and/or holy bar have positive effects on your abilities.

If you ever have 100 of one without the other you will become a Wretched or Holy Being. The bar will lock, making you a healing support or a damage caster. You can stop the locking by casting a spell on the enemy.


Chaos shot (Q)
Tysus release a skill shot going through enemies and allies, healing allies for 25/50/75/100/125(+. 2AP) (+.5 every point of holy) and damaging enemies for 60/90/120/150/180(+. 3AP)(+.5 for every point of unholy bar.)
-If he is a holy being you can over heal allies granting them a shield for 60/100/140
-If he is a wretched being every enemy Tysus hits gives him a stack of Death assault, Making the next Chaos bolt do 10% of its damage as true damage for each stack up to 5, at max stacks the stacks will be consumed and the next chaos bolt does 100% true damage to enemies hit.

Hitting an ally or an enemy who is marked with the W will refresh that buff/DE buff
You will gain 1 holy point for every allied healed and 1 unholy point for every enemy damaged.
6 second cool down
680-missile range
Missile speed 1100


Shadow's embrace/Light's Mercy (W)
Target ally: Tysus places Light's Mercy on an ally that increases healing taken by any sources by 2/4/6/8/10 (+.1 for every holy point)
Target enemy: He places Shadow's embrace on and enemy that increases the damage they take from all sources by 2/4/6/8/10 (+.1 for every unholy point)
-If he is a Holy Being, The target with this buff also takes 1/2/3/4/5% less damage.
-If he is a Wretched Being, Shadow's embrace will spread to nearby enemies in a 400 range of the primary target

Buffs last 5 seconds with a cool down of 14 seconds
Cast range of 800
Costs 3 holy to gain 5 unholy if cast on enemy
Costs 3 unholy to gain 5 holy if cast on ally



Guilt/Innocence (E)
Target ally: Target ally will be marked with Innocence granting them immunity over the next CC effect cast on them for the next 2 seconds, If innocence is consumed they are granted 10/20/30/40/50% MS for 1.5 seconds.
Target Enemy: Target enemy will be marked with guilt, they will be slowed by 15% for 2 seconds, at the end of the slow duration they will be stunned for 1 (+X per distance traveled while slowing effect is on) seconds as well as taking 70/110/150/190/230(+.4AP) (+.2 for every point of uholy)



Judgment time (R)
Tysus channels his essences together draining holy/unholy points to 0. During this channel he steals 3/4/5%(+1% for every 100 AP) health every second for 4 seconds from enemies and heals allies for 10/20/30% of the damage amount. At the end of the channel or when it is interrupted Tysus will morph into a creature of mixed light and darkness. The dark side will convert a % of his AP into magical damage, .5/1/1.5% for every 1 unholy point drained. The light side he will shoot out one light beam every second that will heal an ally for .02/.03/.04% of their maximum health for every holy point drained.
-If you are a Wretched Being, you gain a 40% spell vamp, and all chaos bolts apply on hit effects. And during the channel the healing amount to allies is taken away, but you gain 60% of the damage as health.
-If he is a Holy Being he shoots out 5 beams every second, can hit the same target twice for a 50% diminished effect. And during the channel you take 10/20/30% reduced damage and allies within range receive half that bonus as well.

The channel lasts 4 seconds and will drain all your holy/unholy points
The Creature afterwards lasts 8 seconds.
Cool down: 110 seconds
Range of channel is 650 around him

Like the idea!
For his ultimate, would you activate it again to toggle between the forms? A bit confused on that.
Might want to increase the cooldown a bit on his Q.
Hm, where's DillButt? He's way better at this than me xD

Wow, I was just about to post an idea similar to this! I'll post it anyway though :P

Anyways, I really like the idea or the good/evil thing. I think that the heal on the Q should be lowered a bit though.

His ultimate is a channel for damage, then he turns to the form, you would use it in the teamfight.

Ya I haven't looked at numbers in a while, he was popular on the forums for like a week, then thrown out like last night's garbage.

i dont like the idea of the lock thing, plus the fact you can play him as a support or ap champion means that youll never really reach the forms unless you focus on just damage and not buffing or only buffing and not damaging, which will in turn make your ult weaker since the only real optimal times to use it is if you have a form since it gets buffed by a lot

i dunno i dont really like that mechanics, good concept but its just like...way too much micromanaging for a game like LoL

So you don't like the many options? I.e. Full ap, Full support, or mixture. You think it's to complicated to master?

well the fact that if you go full support half of your kit is wasted and if you go full ap the other half is wasted, in fact going full support wouldnt even been a good idea since it scales with ap

i just dont like the mechanics this champion has

Ok now I understand, ya i'll look at an alternative for the healing scaling with AP, i think I have a simple solution. And the point to go full one or the other is so that you can explore a role completely, for instance if you are Tysus with 100 on each side you are like 60/40 mage/support. Where as if you go mage all your spells morph to make you a pure mage so that you can deal more damage, it does completely ignore the other side but that is to complete the role you are seeking to fulfill.
