League of Legends (LoL) Question: Can Tristana Attack People Without Getting Hit by the Obelisk in ARAM

Turret range = 1000

Tristana range = 703

700/1000 * 100 = 70%
So that means that between the nexus obelisk and the spawn point, there should be 30% range.
Red = Turret range
Blue = Possible damage range without getting hit
Black = Range between spawn and turret.

If black > 30% of red, then it is possible.

Well, it is almost possible, but not all the way :P

So the answer is:

No she can't :P
