League of Legends (LoL) Question: Jungle items and true damage

    Jungle items and true damage

So I was wondering the other day,

Jungle items grant 25% bonus damage done to monsters.
Does this also apply for true damage?

    That was all :D

"Butcher increases the damage a champion deals to monsters by a percentage (excluding true damage)." -LoL wiki

Found it after a bit longer search than usual :D
You are right, thank you :D

    For some things.

Tested when I noticed I did more true damage than usual when using Spirit of the Elder Lizard on Lee (extra 3-4 damage each tick).

    Doesn't work with Smite though.

deals the same, it's passive does not effect any true damage

Go in game, grab Spirit of the Elder Lizard and go into the jungle, see what true damage you do on jungle creeps, go to a minion and see how much true damage you do, compare.

I think she's saying that Spirit of the Elder Lizard already has the butcher effect.
    You said:
"Tested when I noticed I did more true damage than usual when using Spirit of the Elder Lizard on Lee (extra 3-4 damage each tick)."

Which might have Satella confused that you buy an other item to give it increased damage output.
But... the true damage also applies on champions, thus would not always apply the 25% bonus damage from the butcher effect.

If the butcher effect would work on true damage :P
I am still not sure about the answer :(

Not sure what you're saying here.

But because the butcher passive is also on the same item, the "usual" would be exactly the same even assuming true damage is amplified by butcher, and you bought a second item. What exactly are you comparing it to?

I'm saying the "incinerate" passive does more than usual.

What? Spirit of the Elder Lizard already has a butcher passive, so it's literally impossible for it to do "more damage than usual".
