Speaking about heal, riot wtf are u doing, why do you make my mundo useless for 3 hour just because some noob used heal next to me????

my smurf is on lvl 5 or so, nobody there cares how viable a champio is :P

and anyways, if someone can pull of a great full ap jax or something then why shouldn't he play it?

Essentially, yes. In all due fairness, you only create annoyance for yourself by playing a heavily unviable champion like anyway.

It could be worse. At least you haven't taken into a game thinking that it could a ult. -.-

The heal debuff you're talking about only affects other people using the summoner spell 'heal' on you, it doesn't affect champion abilities. So if you're worried about mundo's passive getting affected the debuff it doesn't :)
