Ghost in higher ELOs

People don't simply want to use it because they'd lose an instant reposition. [[Ghost]] is decent if you just passively mash them and they don't have that much CC. Otherwise [[flash]] has better usages (dodge abilities, instantly get to their carries etc.). My two cents.[/quote]
