Is Riot ******ed or really smart?

[quote=Xaioli]The way I see it, being Unskilled isn't really a big bannable offense. Perhaps adding that in there can reduce the # of unnecessary reports that they deal with on a day to day basis. Unskilled goes straight to the trash. Something like Harassment can then be dealt with faster.[/quote]
