Derp derp.... He's OP as hell! JK, JK... But seriously, He looks broken like Nocturne. I think they did well choosing for him to have energy. Otherwise people would get Manamune and spam the hell out of all his abilities....

He looks like a fusion of Xin Zhao and Shen to me.

all i know is that hohums started? the movement to put blind monk back in the game. they probably realized how much trolling they could accomplish with april fools day so they did it.



on another note so he won't be getting the ninja buff? (because the ninja buff is used to explain the energy.)
