Tehre are fiew champs that can stack soulstealer anyway since they will constantly get penta-assists per teamfight.
For example it is viable on Vlad, fiddle or Karthus they always hit multiple targets and due to that soulstealer even if not stacked to 20 still is viable on them. My 0.02$ here :P

I do this with my Karthus play all the time.
Allies and Enemies both QQ because I don't help except to split-push and KS/Assist-net with Requiem, but when I'm the guy with 10+ / x / 20+ and 250+ CreepScore and 4+ Tower Breaks at under 40:00 minutes with a fully decked out build, no one on my team complains.
