and on a historical note, i dont think samurai commits suicide in a middle of the battle. especially if he has full hp and the enemy is almost dead.

umm... Everything Physical, so you play DPS.
That Samurai wouldn't waste this ulti on a Tank, he would wait until he's low life and JUST USE IT ON CASTERS.
A Dps Character should be able to finish a Caster in 6 seconds, so the ultimate is overpowered in my opinion, looks like a free kill.

i would increase E-Skill passive to 20%, 25% or 30%AS
and your passive is overpowered too.
Look at some Attackspeed Builds on Mobafire, there are often things like 150% Attackspeed.
75%Dodge+12NinjaTabi+Masteries ?!

idk what the diminishing returns are, but without them 42% dodge seems good enough. jax stacks nearly 50% or so.
about the ranges, for the archer one it just depends, does the arrow travel 1500 no matter what? like even if it hits one or 2 enemies? (assuming it would stop if it hits a third.)
the range for the dash attack though seems a little far. maybe 650 or so.
lastly, katana strike seems op, passive 10% attack speed and a 300 true damage attack? olaf's reckless swing does 340 damage, but he takes 136 true damage.

Katana Strike- Passive: Increase your attack speed by 2/4/6/8/10%.
