This is an older champion I had thought up back in Winter 2010 and totally forgot about.
I recently remembered him and to my glee, found him on the LoL forums. ^_^

Since people were enjoying my Spongebob concept, I thought I'd resurrect him here in MobaFire. I've also tweaked it a bit before posting it to appeal to my fancy.

Conception:
Someone posted the following picture below, and I responded by saying that would make a good champion.
Then someone asks for his skills. I thought... Why not?

And so came the birth of...


Old Saint Nick (a.k.a. Santa), the Benevolent Landlord of the North




Role:
AP Caster, with the potential for less recommended viable AD builds.
He's also make a half decent tank.


Passive:
Santa Knows - When not being attacked for 9 seconds, Nick's sight expands by 800, and permeates the fog of war as well as brushes.
When in combat, when being struck there is a 30/35/40% chance of him dropping the attacker's present on purpose. The enemy champion will be distracted (feared, but more cheerful animation) for 0.3/0.4/0.5 seconds. (The same champion cannot be affected more then once every 4 seconds)

Cooldown 0.5 seconds.

Comments: Super sight radius is win. :)

"Santa Claus is coming... to town."


Q:
The Gift of Coal - Nick tosses a hard lump of coal to a specific recipient, dealing 100/130/160/190/220 (+ the higher value of 1.0 AD or 0.4 AP) physical damage (when AD used) or magic damage (when AP used).

The Gift of Coal will mark on the target for 4 seconds when Nick casts it inside of 'White Christmas.'
If Old Saint Nick uses Chimney Dash on the marked target, he may also additionally cast The Gift of Coal on that target three times without triggering a cooldown.

Range: 600
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

Comments: Standard harass and damage skill.
Gave it a combo mechanic similar to Twin Fang. Hard part is having White Christmas off-cd when you need it.

"Did you just hit me with a f***ing lump of coal?!"


W:
White Christmas - Santa channels summons a snowy flurry to an area for 8 seconds. While affected, minions will receive 39 (+0.1 AP) magic damage per second, enemy units' armor and magic resist is reduced by 3/4/5/6/7 per second lasting 3 seconds, Old Saint Nick is granted 20/23/26/29/33 Tenacity, and Nick's other abilities all receive bonus effects.

Range: 850
AoE radius: 1000 (2000 diameter)
Cooldown: 25/23/21/19/17 seconds

Comments:
Something similar to Contaminate, a sort of terrain changing spell. Home field advantage is always nice.
The minion damage is purely a farming tool.

E:
Chimney Dash - Old Saint Nick taps the side of his nose and blinks to a location, shocking those enemy units nearby. If the units are facing him, they are stunned for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds, otherwise they are silenced for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

When used while under the effects of 'White Christmas', Chimney Dash grants armor, and magic resist for 5 seconds. Additionally, the cooldown is refreshed if Nick scores a kill during this time.

Range: 500
CC Radius: 300
Cooldown 16/14.5/13/11.5/10 seconds.

Comments: Targeting is similar to Rift Walk in casting.

"Nobody runs from Santa... Nobody."


R:
Dash Away All! - After channeling for 2 seconds, Old Saint Nick calls all 8 Reindeer fly out from hiding and running around Santa for 5 seconds, trampling enemies all around and dealing 100/170/250 (+0.2 AP) for each hit. Enemies struck by Reindeer are stunned for 1 second (stun cooldown 2.5 seconds), and knocked back in the direction of the reindeer.
While active, Nick receives a 25/35/45% movement speed boost.

If "Dash Away All" grants Nick an assist or kill 'White Christmas,' Rudolph will appear to light the way for 15 seconds.

Direction is controlled by ALT+Click. Enemy units touched by the light will be debuffed for 3 seconds and take 10/18/26% increased damage from Old Saint Nick and Allied champions.

Range: 750
Knock-back distance: 500
Cooldown: 120/105/90
Rudolph light maximum distance: 1000
Rudolph light width: 20 at close range, 100 at max range

Comments:
Basically a CC'ing form of Crowstorm
Knockbacks generally send a person out of the radius, unless you dash/blink closer to the center.
Rudolph acts like a pet, with a short leash range (It will warp if Santa moves over 500 distance away)
