Vlad VS. Mordekaiser (HELP)

Then a few auto-attacks reduce him to half health. I typically start with [[Boots of Speed]] and 3 [[Health Potion]]s, which means he can't outrun or out-sustain me until at least level3.[/quote]

He usualy gets ignite which somehow fucks you up pretty badly. Dont focus harrasing him and rush Sorc Boots for penetration. THAN you can try to poke him from time to time, try to do it when he is shieldless. Remember your E stacks... you might consider poking him with 3+ stacks QE combo. Even if you take some damage you will regen it way faster than he is gonna.[/quote]

[/quote] Just following this post because its true. Coming from a avid Mord player here lately ( 1200 ELO Range ). This is the key to beating Mord , you have to starve him of minions early on in the first few levels. How do you do this ? Your going to have to harass him hardcore and you have to get him around half health at this point morde will burn to much HP in a fight to really kill you. DEWO hit it on the head though, your going to need a jungler to really take him out. If you can't phase him out of hitting minions then let him push because being Morde is easy to push minions to your tower then call for help =). tl;dr - Call for a jungler or phase him out due to massive harassment.[/quote]
