taric is either a support as wich you wouldnt build either, because it doesnt benefit you as much as gp5 and wards or you go ap taric as wich you would want to get a DFG asap to increase your burst dramatically and after that you would want deathcap voidstaff
no room for archangels there
and ad taric is a troll build anyways and even if you would build him that way, archangels would b a suboptimal path to build
