Personally i'm pretty sure FM will be better, and yes I considered this a ton.
Why?
It still gives AD (only 10 less then triforce) synergizes well with atma's, increases your damage mid game, and his poke, as well as damage on abilities. Still synergizes well with his auto attack because of his passive. Sure triforce is nice but you get the best of both worlds with FM.
I might actually do Triforce + Fatma's since both items are really good and you don't really need any items like IE or BT. Yes they help but IE is also pretty expensive for only a bit of gain and BT just isn't that great, only gives you pure AD and I would go for a Triforce or a IE instead. Brutalizer is also going to be super strong on him, though YoYo's will only be good if you go crit.
Overall though he has tons of potential in team and will be super strong. I imagine shutting down bot lane with a stun bot like Leona in your lane will be super strong as well.

It makes it an item to be considered.

That's why I said brutalizer would be good. As well TBC is very good on him.
