(I wonder... with his passive it would also make sense if when he becomes overcharged he does more damage but is either slowed or can't move for a short period of time...)

Got mine saved too. We are on a three-week patch schedule. He comes out next Tuesday, his skills and mechanics are supposed to be revealed on this wednesday.
