Otherwise...
-attack speed boots seem like a bad choice. Because he is slow and kited as well as he is, consider Boots of Swiftness, or tenacity boots just so a slow/stun/fear doesn't completely remove you from the fight.
- Last Whisper should almost always be a situational item; If they haven't build armor and only have ~50 armor or so, spending 2k to kill 25 armor can be done much easier.
-Trinity should almost always be rushed. Q proc + health + speed. The last bit is arguably the most important. I would advise some kind of Atmogs variation as well.
That's my two cents, hope it helps.
why Sheen first...you don't even have any attack damage yet. same problem with rushing Trinity Force on off-tank solo top nasus.
Sheen is great because it adds damage based on your total AD, not bonus. And anyway, it's just a cheap way of making your Q and your E hit harder while boosting your mana pool. And btw, by the time you're level 3, Sheen adds over 60 damage when it procs. Hmmm, BFS for 1.2K, plus AP, plus mana, plus it builds into Trinity Force. The only reason to buy BFS over Sheen is if you intend on rushing something that uses BFS, like Infinity Edge.
Have you ever seen the stats on Wither? It is very powerful CC with insane duration, and it makes Nasus one of the best chasers and gank-buddies (the person in-lane on a gank) in the game. Melee isn't too much of a problem, since Nasus has one of the best minion-farming spells in the game in his E, Spirit Fire, as well as a very high passive lifesteal. He can lifesteal harassment, he has powerful zoning, good chase, and high burst damage. Oh yeah, and he snowballs.
Sheesh, y'all. Some of you make constructive comments, like CombatJack1's comment on Last Whisper, but don't just say that AD Nasus is unviable. There's always merit in trying or advocating a new way of playing a champion, and if the person doesn't seem to build it like you would, make suggestions.
To Stormtrooper27, I have some advice.
1. Make your guide a little prettier, even just a little bbcode. A lack of bbcode makes people discredit you on spec
2. I agree with CJ1, Last Whisper is a late-game item
3. I would substitute out Black Cleaver for some survivability. Black Cleaver is best on attack speed builds which can get some heavy benefit from its proc-effect. You just don't have enough AS to make it worthwhile.
4. You might want to put a Manamune into your early build. It solves your mana problems early, it synergizes amazingly with your Q-spam snowballing, and it will easily add enough AD to make it worth its cost. Manamune on Nasus could easily reach 600 bonus mana, which would give you a total of over 2K in your pool. 100 AD for ~2K gold, yes please.
My recommendation is to read a few other nasus guides and see how they build him, then try out your build in ranked or more competitive play and you'll see the limitations of this glass cannon melee champion.
