You forgot to mention that slimming down would actually be pretty stupid. The best and fastest way to grow muscle is actually to get fat while you work out and slim down after a few months. If someone wants to grow muscle while staying slim then it'll take a lot longer.

Yeap, very true.

My plan for the next few months: get fat->work out.
But it'll prolly just backfire and I'll get fat for nothing :D

Naw, jk.

But I'm seriously considering training. I've always been an athletic person, just never really made use of it. (never training yet finishing first in a lot of school sports, lololo)
I'll prolly just continue eating whatever the f I want and train a little more. I've been eating unhealthy my whole life and I'm still thinner than average. But do recommend something if it fits well with chocolate candy :)
I'm eating candy pretty much every day. Is that bad for working out? I'm seriously a little scared of diabetes because of how much I eat, but I'm addicted to chocolate so I could never stop, just maybe cut down on it a little.

The biggest problem though I figure will be that I don't sleep enough. I'm sleeping about 6-7hours a day and I've had troubles with that for years. But maybe working out will just help with that.

TL;DR: Will getting fat and ****ting bricks get me shredded?

I.e: Mike Rogers doesn't think it's rape unless the victim knows (s)he has been raped. Sounds legit.

Basically, exercise is natural. Humans are the only species on the planet that can get through an entire day walking from house to car to work to car to house to fridge to bed and that's it. Done.

Sleep, diet, everything will improve when you start exercising. :)

Candy isn't that good for you = / You don't want sugar, you want carbs and protein. You should also eat smaller meals frequently instead of a few big meals. Fruit is really important as well. A good diet would consist of [chicken, fish, beans] for protein, whole grain like oatmeal for carbs, fruit for nutrients and vitamins. Your diet should be evenly divided between the 3 groups. Drink about 8 glasses of water every day.
Don't get fat and then work out, get fat while you work out and then after some months stop over eating and slim down.
Sleep is pretty important as well for your body to regenerate and grow. You should sleep 7h30 + whatever time you take to fall asleep (the average is 15 mins).

Back when I was working out (I stopped training due to my classes schedule and I can't get myself to work out at home) I used to go to the fitness section of 7chan.org. There's a pretty good FAQ and guide there, and usually people are willing to answer any questions you may have.

Don't blame your genes for your weak will. Not eating candies has absolutely nothing to do with getting fat. Stop overeating and then you'll lose weight. Your body cannot get fat if you don't overeat. If that happened then no one would ever go hungry. Your fat comes from your food, it doesn't magically appear out of nowhere.

Want to get thin? Stop overeating.
Want to get thin and keep eating a lot? Start exercising.
Want to pretend that you're doing everything right and your genes magically make fat appear? Don't post about it.

The true answer is always start exercising. If you're not active, you're not healthy.
