I gave a -1 for quite a few reasons.
First of all, I realize that this is a 3v3 guide, but it is not very creative. Runes, bad. Quints should be offensive in something like AS, AD, or even CD.
Also, in 3v3's, scaling runes are useless. get rid of the per level armor and replace it with flat armor.
The items are stale and not very good. Lets start with Aegis... WTF is that? Are you Soraka? Leave the support items to the support please. Then there is the Hextech... What can I say other that BAD. Yorick does NOT NEED Spell vamp. His E does plenty. Also, the amount of magic damage the ghoul activation does is nowhere near enough to warrant SV. Also, AP is not good on Yorick. Only 1 ability scales with AP. Trinity force is needed. I could understand if you were debating between a FM or TF, but you have neither so... Replace the Aegis with a Frozen Heart if you have the gold, much more useful. Also, LoL is a situation build game, and you have no alternate builds. What if their entire team is AP? You still gonna buy armor?

Overall, pretty terrible. I think the other guys was being nice, I would give a 1 or 2 out of 10. Sloppy job and undeserving of the top 10.

Alright, before I explain why this is a minus one (temporarily I hope) I want you to know that I have nothing against you, do not have a Yorick guide, and am not saying I'm better than you. I DO however think there are some things here that you may not have thought out completely, and I am simply trying to help (red is a better attention drawer than green, for obvious reasons).

Runes
First off, your runes are kinda messed up. This is a 3v3 guide, and 3v3 games are focused a lot more on early game, simply because the games tend to be a lot shorter than a 5v5 match would be. So why would you bother with scaling runes? Scaling MR runes are alright I guess, but scaling armor runes only surpass flat armor runes from level 10 onward. Many games in 3v3 are decided as early as level 7 or 8 (with dragons and early teamfight around it, and maybe a tower afterwards), and having scaling armor runes will negatively impact your early game and laneing potential. You can get 16.95 extra armor at level 1 if you replace your scaling armor runes with flat ones, because right now you get 1.73 armor per level, and that is nothing early game when runes have their greatest impact.

Items
Items: you need them. So far you have no alternate items, and I don't really like the build you have up top. It has good items for Yorick, but it's not great for 3v3. It lacks the punch a Trinity Force could bring, you buy things in chunks (like an entire Warmog's Armor), and overall seems a bit weak given how good Yorick is at farming gold. Play around with some other items, cuz there are all sorts of options out there right now.

Formatting
If you need to know how to add some formatting to your guide (tool-tips for items, masteries, runes and especially skills), than you can click the BB Code link below, or you can go to Jhoi Jhoi's guide making guide (also below).

Also, you should put the different sections of your guide under their own heading. You can simply copy and paste what you have into seperate sections and put the title of each section as the header. That will GREATLY help the readability of your guide (you also might want to get someone to spell check the guide for you, as there are many grammatical and spelling errors).

Guide People
Right now, you have nothing unique in your guide. Yes, you put in your masteries and skill order and stuff at the top, but in the actual GUIDE portion of your guide, there's not much to go on. You don't explain why you would use Yorick on 3v3, what's different on the 3v3 map that people should know about, you don't tell them about how to farm or harass in lane, and you don't really explain team-fights at all. Unless you want this to just be considered a build with no real guide, you need to put useful info and meat into your guide.

~Verdict~
If I had to rate this guide out of a 10, right now I'd probably give it a 3. If you're just getting started, and plan on coding and adding to your guide, than good for you. If you weren't planning to, than I will stand by my down-vote firmly until you decide to. As it stands this guide doesn't give the reader anything new or really useful, and there seem to be some flaws with the build/runes. Yes, I've tried it in real games against real level 30s, and the one build you have just doesn't seem to be optimal in any way. In parting, if you change anything and want me to look at your guide for a re-vote, I'd be more than happy to. I don't want to leave a down-vote where it's not warranted anymor. Hope this was helpful, cheers mate!

It is an efficient way to build him at Twisted Treeline, especially the Omen of Famine is useful should an early teamfight emerge.

Other than that this build is not too expensive, which is another plus for TT.

I miss a little bit the depth related to 3 vs 3 and also people new to him will probably need more information about his spells.

Other then that and maybe a little more eye candy-> useful
