I can't even imagine how this will get in top 10 else...
I would take Trinity Force over Frozen Mallet too. Actually, that's a lie, I never take Tri-Force. >.< I've never ever managed to get a full build on Talon. Hence, I only get to go (at most) 2 Bloodthirsters, Guardian Angel, Last Whisper and Ionian Boots of Lucidity or Mercury's Treads.
I sometimes grab a Zeal, though, but I never really get to decide what to build it into. Phantom Dancer for that manoeuvrability? Or Trinity Force for that Shen proc, Phage and Zeal all around buff? Other times, I might be able to grab a Catalyst the Protector to build into a Banshee's Veil.
Walls of text and little coding have already been mentioned.
You don't explain your Masteries or your Runes. You just really make a brief note to say 'they're good' and leave it at that. You don't reason as to why they're good.
You don't really explain how to gank. You don't really want to arrive late to a fight either. Sometimes, Talon is a good initiator because he can jump in and then run out without much difficulty.
Tanks are not Talon's weakness. Tanks are not anyone's weakness. The burst doesn't kill them, but you do comparatively more damage to them than they do to you because of your huge AD and ArmPen. They have masses of health, and defense, but not usually offensive power (there are quite a few exceptions to this, though). Talon's weakness is in CC, as with any other squishy. In your build, his weakness is also in the lack of armour or magic resist except through Runes, usually solveable through just buying a Guardian Angel.
And KS is bad... Just one person getting fed isn't always enough to win a game. I have seen Darius go 24/7/3 and still lose. He got a lot of the kills, but because he didn't distribute them with his team, my team overwhelmed them in a team fight and easily won. Overall, Darius accounted for about 1/3 - 3/5 of the kills in-game but still lost. KS in a team game is also bad for morale. And let me tell you something, you don't 'suffer from being called a ks-er' because there's a very easy remedy for it - don't ks. All that so-called griping is self-inflicted, mate. That 'All kills are Talon's' attitude is so broken and doesn't do well for team play. I've seen people go afk or feed for less.
And Talon is good jungle. He has strong ganks, good invade potential and a decent jungle clear. I don't know what you are talking about.
This isn't the best guide I've seen. It's not massively bad, but kinda needs work, particularly in the layout part. I won't downvote it, but I do think the massive upsurge in upvotes on page 2 is suspicious.
Simply what BlackIceT said, is what I would of put if he hadn't already. The writing in this guide is also unprofessional, especially the title.
You skip over details such as runes, or weaknesses, and you don't explain in detail HOW to gank, rather you repetitively state to avoid ganking with your ult, which says very little about his gameplay.
A -1 vote, but I'll gladly change it to a +1 if you fix the guide up.
