i'm not seeing the spellvamp being so useful... Singed's Q is a DoT + AoE, which means it gets like 2% spellvamp, which isn't a lot of healing... right?
If I helped you out, be sure to throw me a +Rep!

Thanks for the sig, MissMaw!
It doesn't get double reduced at all. And, DoTs get the full benefit.

The current top competitive build that was used to great effectiveness during IEM Worlds by both Blaze and Frost is basically building like Ryze.
Getting a fast Tear+Catalyst (the order doesn't matter and depends on whether you want a faster fully stacked Tear or a faster RoA) into RoA->Archangel's is the dominant build right now and offers a STUPID amount of survivability with how much health you have and the active shield from Seraph's Embrace. Plus you deal a ridiculous amount of damage with over 200 AP and you never ever run out of mana. After that, you build stuff like Rylai's, Randuin's, etc.
I haven't seen how effective Wraith is on Singed, but Catalyst seems like better sustain and going for a fast Wraith delays your RoA/AA.
So, they used the strategy I used and everyone else of you said it's bad cuz "tear sucks on Singed and RoA is 1000 times better", even while I got the items in the exact same order like mentioned above? k...
