Whenever they go all-out on your adc, or when they've used all their CC then you channel [[Life Form Disintegration Ray]] and generally come out ahead (Seriously that damage is stupid).[/quote]

You've got to keep in mind that the full item purchases always have some extra stuff that makes them more cost-efficient (like unique passives) which is why on most champions it's stronger to just get the full item first. Won't do much except throwing down a couple of barrels, but probably very little presence. After 6 his all out is probably quite good though but still can be a really risky pick. I just don't see why you'd pick him over any of the other supports.[/quote]

Jarvan has MASSIVE damage early game but his EQ is easily interrupted by something like a thresh flay, or just sidestepped. He's really vulnerable to poke and doesn't get that tanky without items. On a different note, his late game as a support isn't as devastating as [[leona]].[/quote]
