This game isn't that hard. I see people all the time with posts like 'how I went from Bronze to Diamond' and **** like that in reddit. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE SAME THING: mindset and game knowledge.

You can't say **** like 'I deserve to be in X tier/division' when you clearly shouldn't. You'll deserve it when you get there.

Game knowledge comes from time and practice, watching streams, LCS and stuff. The mindset is on you.

Agree and disagree..

After my provisional games I landed in Silver IV yesterday and just have fallen down to Silver 5 a couple of minutes ago. You all can say if you do this and that you'll find yourself easily in Gold or whatever but it is not true.

For instance, I know myself and how am I playing as a support. I even flash in front of my ADC to take the ulti just to save their life. I provide enough vision on the map with my ward placements. And so on, and so on. But there is a point when you cannot do better or cannot do more if your team is just not capable to do anything right.

We were defeated 5 times in a row today and the problem was always the same. We just lost the teamfights because they did not know who to focus on. Even if you told them, they just did like random dives and of course we could not react in time so ended up loosing it. Normally laning phases are okay, even if somebody is outplayed there is always another player who can hold their lane. But after mid game when it does really matter what items you were getting and how could you adopt to their gameplay it just doesn't work and seriously I am totally sick of it as a support as I have nothing to do with it.

And now you realize that you can't affect other players in solo queue, which is why every single high elo player has been saying that solo queue is a game against yourself. Stop looking at what others are doing and look at your own play.

Did you miss a thresh hook that could've gotten two kills and snowballed the bot lane?

Fix that.

Did you rotate wrongly and lose a tower?

Fix that.

Solo queue is all about improving yourself and carrying the game. The higher you climb, the more the game is intensive on your own actions.

I just finished a ranked game which made me furious. I was carrying our team and we were winning greatly, until one of our teammates went afk just before an important teamfight and they scored an ace and we lost. (it was maybe my fault too since i positioned myself pretty poorly but since me and the afker were the ones holding our team together we had no chance at the fight.) I forgot to take a screenshot from the match summary so heres one from my match history:

(that one leave was due to personal matters, not ragequit. long story short, i was in a hurry and had to set my priorities straight ;D)

What to do guys? I would really want to rank higher but theres always something that goes wrong. Im very frustrated about this. Ok, maybe i should take it easy after all it still a game :D but it just feels bad when you cant get to your full potential.

From a quick look through your match history on lolking, your cs is incredibly low in almost every game and you're also dying a high number of times. It's likely that you need to work on your mechanics and positioning. Also I dislike your build and you should take Heal.

You started playing ranked pretty early too - you only have two runepages, the ADC one isn't even complete and both pages use mr/lvl.

I agree with Sirell advice, I am also in Bronze and I have in the past recorded my matches to see what was to reason for my teams loss.

Im aware about the cs issue and im working on that. I took my build from a build giude here on mobafire, and i personally like barrier more as it feels more usefull especially with twitch's q. And ive been wondering if istarted to play too early myself, what would you think is the best number of games i should play befoe going to ranked? And yes i have only two runepages because i mainly play adc and AP mid, and mmy adc runepage is complete (maybe outdated info on lolking...?)

And you sounded as if you wanted to make me feel bad. (your criticism wasnt very constructive) I am sorry if i come out as the type of player who doesnt want to take respnsibility and blames teammates. That is not the case, i understand i have some flaws in my playing and im not a epic challenger tyoe player who just happens to be bronze. but is til think i should be aleast silver V.

It's not at all the case that I wanted to make you feel bad, I apologize if it sounded that way. I just wanted to point out that there are some pretty big things you can work on to improve. There's really no constructive way to tell someone to improve their mechanics since it's basically just down to practice once you know the basic concepts of laning and kiting (if you don't, watch a stream). I'm absolutely confident that anyone can get to silver - or gold for that matter - if they really want it and they're willing to learn and improve.

To be honest you don't want to trust Mobafire builds, or builds in general. It's much better to keep an eye on and analyse what the very best pro players in the world are building. Your build isn't necessarily bad, but building IE before LW is generally something you do situationally when you're snowballing out of control or vs a non-tanky team and since the nerfs to Statikk Shiv it's generally a worse item than PD. I also really dislike BT on Twitch (even though some pros do it) because BotRK is so incredibly powerful on him for the stealth assassination and 1v1 - this is even more a factor in low Elo where people will have bad warding, not buy pinks/red trinket and have no awareness of your location. Your roams, ganks and duels will be much more effective with the powerful active slow from BotRK. As for personally liking Barrier, that's not really a great argument; I can say that I personally like running Clarity and Clairvoyance but it doesn't mean that it's any good. Right now Heal is straight up better than Barrier, it's not really a matter of preference. Consider at least trying it out for a few games.

I don't think you played too early exactly seeing as you do have over 300 wins, but your runepages are definitely rather lacking. Your ADC page is indeed "complete", but one of the AD quints is a tier 2 quint which should be upgraded or replaced with Lifesteal/AS. Using MR/lvl when you only have one page for the role (any lane) is bad because in some matchups you will straight up lose if you're using MR/lvl instead of flat. Try laning against a something like a Karma support without flat MR and you'll know the meaning of pain.

Again, I'm not trying to make you feel bad, I want to help. Good luck with climbing and stuff.

If you wonder what pro players build you can take a look on http://www.probuilds.net. Here you can search for any pro player or champion and see their recent played games. Here you will find their masteries/runes, items (in order) and skill sequence. It is a very nice site which helped me a lot deciding stuff about how I play.
