An early Liandry's wouldnt make sense, since noone would have a great HP pool + like you said, AD is pretty much needed.
If your team can toss in some CC for the double dmg it would be great against bulky enemies, but while you're not trying to pick off their beefy support, as ADC you simply shouldn't go for it in regards of target priority.
Like utopus said, I could imagine it as a siege item picked as 4. choice and upwards if the enemy team constellation/feed calls for it.

I think that Liandry's Torment would be great as a 3rd item, when people haven't yet itemized a lot of magic resist - it'd give corki's rockets even more power in the mid game. Like seriously - if you're 15-20 minutes into a game, and playing against a liandry's corki, how do you defend your turrets? Your turrets will get chunked fast because of corki's trinity force AAs, and your team will get poked really hard if you try and stay near your tower to defend it.
I think that the one drawback would be that the burn passive that your rockets would do may cause a corki to take tower aggro, reducing the number of Trinity Force empowered autoattacks on turrets. If a corki is careless and tries to sneak in an autoattack while his burn is active on his opponents, that leaves some degree of counterplay that your opponents can act on
