10.25 PBE Changes
Pantheon has been getting moved away from Support to Top over the last two weeks. These changes include R changes, E changes, and overall number adjustments.
Changes:
: MORTAL WILL STACKS AUTOMATICALLY TO 5 AFTER RECALL
: COOLDOWN REFUND AFTER HITTING COMET SPEAR (TAP) IS NOW INCREASED FROM 50% TO 60% (1 SECOND LESS COOLDOWN) [EMPOWERED] COMET SPEAR NO LONGER SLOWS ENEMIES ON HIT
: SHIELD VAULT BASE DAMAGE INCREASED BY 40 AT MAX RANK
: AEGIS ASSAULT NO LONGER BLOCKS TOWER SHOTS. AEGIS ASSAULT [EMPOWERED] NOW GIVES 60% MOVEMENT SPEED BUFF AFTER THE INITIAL CAST FOR 1.5 SECONDS.
: THE INITIAL SPEAR THAT LANDS DURING GRAND STARFALL DEALS DAMAGE THE EQUIVALENT OF [UNEMPOWERED] COMET SPEAR AND SLOWS FOR 50% FOR 2 SECONDS
GRANTS INNATE ARMOUR PENETRATION [10%] PER GRAND STARFALL'S LEVEL
