Aftershock is the only one option. With zac you have 3 on 4 abilities to proc it ! It permite you to sustain in teamfight after engaging in middle of enemy team

Font of Life allow you to have again more sustain since it regain health on people with restrained movement

Conditioning is the base for all tank, ZAC the first one !

Revitalize is also obvious on zac to have more sustain to up your Cell Division healing

SECOND BRANCH : WICH ONE BEST ?? VS

Inspiration is the branch you'll choose in most cases. It will allow you to Kite better enemies and do your combo more easily (explain later in the guide). You take this branch if you'll need to run a lot against Dash/speed champ.
Sorcery is also good on ZAC. I take it when my don't have a lot of AP and the enemies team is easy to catch.

As Zac you don't need early boots, because you are usually ganking with your Elastic Slingshot, so Magical Footwear is really good, practically gives you free 300 gold after 10 minutes.

Approach Velocity is really good on ZAC. It give you 15% move speed for any champion that you impair. It permit you after hit enemies with Elastic Slingshot to move behind them quickly and use your ult Let's Bounce! or your Q Stretching Strikes that'll bump them in the direction you want!

Transcendence reduce your CD of abilities = tons of CC. Nothing else to had.

Gathering Storm give you AP you need during the game. Combinated with Dark Seal you can hit 100 AP in mid/late game.

Dark Seal give you the AP you need in early to have Dmg. You'll not die a lot normally with the passive and stack the dark seal easily with assist. Take it at your first back in all case !

Boots choice is importante! If a lot of Autoattack -> Plated Steelcaps. If a lot of CC -> Mercury's Treads. Otherwise you can go Ionian Boots of Lucidity which is good on ZAC to have less CD on your CC. In early fight it can give you second E or Q.

Iceborn Gauntlet is the best option, better than Sunfire Aegis. It's cheaper so you'll have your power spike earlier and the slow is OP.

Anathema's Chains is a new item. After lot of training, i think it's the best second item to take. In a lot of game, only one enemy get feed and dangerous. Apply the 30% reduce dmg on him. In the late game you can switch on the ADC. IF enemies have a lot of regeneration health/AD you maybe need to take Bramble Vest before.

Thornmail is often the third item to take because a lot of champ have regeneration health.

Abyssal Mask can also be the third item if enemies have lot of AP dmg. I prefer it than Spirit Visage because the increase dmg is OP right now. It fit better with a team that can follow your engage.

Gargoyle Stoneplate is a good 4th item to sustain in late teamfight. Furthermore if you took lot of armor or magic resistance because of the team composition it'll give you the other part you need in late game.

As said below Abyssal Mask is a often a better choice. Spirit Visage is good to take if you have a team composition based on poke and you need to peel them more than engage. Take both if the enemies have +++ AP dmg

Warmog's Armor is an option on 4th item if the enemies have lot of AD or AP dmg and you have already 2 items Armor or MR. It can also be a GOOD choice against enemies with TRUE DMG (like Vayne or with Kraken Slayer).

Dark Seal should be upgrade on Mejai's Soulstealer if you are really good in the game and don't die ! Risky but Funny (like ZAC !)

This pathway are really hard to master, you will need hours training but it give you a great opportunity of a first gank level 4 at 3:30. Anyway for beginner i recommend a basic pathway with pool from bot or top. The full clear is the best option for ZAC since level 4 get you the jump level 2 necessary to gank properly
