Champion Build Guide
Well, First, this build is played by a Challenger's account name concept x. Second, Garen can full clear jungle at 3:30 (time in game) and until the lvl ~10 he literally destroy the mobs. Third, Chemtank + Dead man's plate combo gives you a lot of damage on your first Q. (Not the best build top)
