Zed is a very mobile and bursty assassin. You want to target 1 or 2 enemy champs, kill them and run away, wait for CD's and go for another kill.

• his ult avoid almost many other champs abilities
• he got long range skills for a melee champ
• he's tricky

Cons

• 40% cdr uses energy too much when skills are spammed
• needs a lot of shadow timing practice
• tricky even you can be tricked by his shadow
• gets focus fire when fed
• a bit squishy when countered

OK. runes i run this runes cause I see that Zed fit's this rune page. I run 6 scaling cdr blues on zed cause' zed shadow and ult values from it. 40% the right amount of cdr for zed's shadow. except that, everything is standard

ok so why do i run savagery than wanderer? it actually depends on the match up. when you think you going to be pushed back, get savagery (every gold is needed). but if you think your not, get wanderer and try ganking to bot or top to get fed.

As Zed mid, always pick flash and ignite.

with zed's passive CS is very easy. when you're dealing with a long range champ, TH and use your skills to CS. when you got the right items, you can now kill the enemy champ

In team fighting, what you want to do is poke. you don't spend you time actually fighting. As an assassin, you want to kill who is going to be enough for your burst. Then go back, wait for CD's and do it again. To summarize poke and let your team lower the enemy team's HP and pick up the kill. it sounds awful, but that's how i run Zed.

Max R > Q > E > W
Your main poking skill is your Q. on the laning phase, you want to put your shadow to your enemy and E it. Or to summarize do Zed's standard combo. do not poke to your enemy if your getting pushed back. Use your skills to Last hit minions and get the gold.
