Realy bad build. You get realy early Madred's which is useless by that time since nobody will have high hp early. You get Phantom Dancer and Trinity, leaving no room for defensive items. And a tip: If you are skipping Wriggle's you can atleast get double dorans for some survivability and lifesteal that you will need.

Alright, I've got a couple recommendations for you. I think you should consider reading some of the general strategy guides on this website, they will teach you about proper building, and Primary and Secondary Runes. Your build is AD, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't buy any defenses. Therefore, I recommend adding in a Wit's End, or a Maw of Malmortius. Both of these give you magic resist which your build currently lacks. Once you consider what I said and change a couple of things, be sure to give me a PM, and I'll give you a +1.
