Not a bad guide at all, but yeah I agree with the 21 in offensive masteries and also alot of people don't believe that Miss Fortune is a good pick versus Graves. It is a very good pick against him and you explained that pretty well. +1 :)

Np, I first learned about it from Cpt Jack's guide, tried it for myself and found that it was way better than 21/9/0. is strong enough to not go 9 in defense, and costs a billion mana. You can also try 21/5/4 like in this Ezreal guide here.
