Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Welcome to my Ahri guide. Here we will discuss how you can become the assassin mage Ahri and dominate your mid lane. I hope you gain something from this, and feel free to criticize(constructively) and have fun with it. Thanks!
I prefer Clarity and Flash because i tend to waste mana, ALOT so these masteries really help me out. However if you switched out clarity fr ignite, it would also work.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power- Gives you more AP per level than any other rune
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration- Gives you Magic Pan. (obviously) and MP=AP basically
Greater Seal of Magic Resist- Gives you Magic Armor, since you will be in mid with another AP character in mid
Greater Quintessence of Scaling Ability Power- gives you a ton of AP per level(more than some of the runes)
4/4 in this for a little extra AP
Sorcery Gives you some cooldown reduction so you can use your abilities more
Arcane Knowledge Gives you 10% extra Magic Penetration which gives you more damage
Havoc Gives you bonus damage because who doesn't like that?
Blast Gives you AP per level
Archmage Increases your total AP, what could be bad about that?
Executioner Gives you more damage when the enemy's health is low
Resistance Gives you some(not a lot) magic armor for that other mid champ
Hardiness Gives you some armor for late game team fights to reduce some damage
Expanded Mind & Meditation for more mana and regeneration
Start off with the Doran's Ring for some AP and health. Now get Boots of Speed then Sorcerer's Boots. Next go with a Blasting Wand, a Needlessly Large Rod, and an Amplifying Tome for some early AP. Next you are going to want to get Rylai's Crystal Sceptor for some health and AP. Next go with a Rabadon's Deathcap for some major AP. After that, get a Rod of Ages and then Zhonya's Hourglass for some more bonuses and AP. After that sell your Doran's Ring and get a Morello's Evil Tome to finish up the build.
In the beginning you can supplement the Doran's Ring for either Amplifying Tome and 1 Health Potion or a Boots of Speed and 3 Health Potion. It comes down to personal preference.
This is more around how to use your skill than the reasons behind when i upgrade my skills because that is what I think is going to be more helpful in my opinion.
For farming minions use your Fox-Fire a lot, and your Orb of Deception once in awhile.
For champions, your combo should be Charm Orb of Deception Fox-Fire Spirit Rush
+ High burst damage
+ Good Health for a squishy
+ High Power abilities
+ Easy Farm
+ Easy Get Away
+ high speed
- Low AP Early Game
- Easy to Over Estimate yourself
- Can be hard to miss your Charm if you aren't good at skill shots or if your enemy surrounds
- themselves in minions.
June 17, 2012- Guide made, and i have plans to fix this guide up a lot once I get the time.
