introduction
Hi guys! This is my first guide! Tips and NICE criticism are very much appreciated!
Please let me know if you vote it, and I would appreciate it if you did not make rude comments on my guide. :)
This is a Twisted Treeline S3 guide
In the time shortly before the League, there were those within the sinister city-state of Noxus who did not agree with the evils perpetrated by the Noxian High Command. The High Command had just put down a coup attempt from the self-proclaimed Crown Prince Raschallion, and a crack down on any form of dissent against the new government was underway. These political and social outcasts, known as the Gray Order, sought to leave their neighbors in peace as they pursued dark arcane knowledge. The leaders of this outcast society were a married couple: Gregori Hastur, the Gray Warlock, and his wife Amoline, the Shadow Witch. Together they led an exodus of magicians and other intelligentsia from Noxus, resettling their followers beyond the Great Barrier to the northern reaches of the unforgiving Voodoo Lands. Though survival was a challenge at times, the Gray Order's colony managed to thrive in a land where so many others would have failed.
Years after the exodus, Gregori and Amoline had a child: Annie. Early on, Annie's parents knew there was something special about their daughter. At the age of two, Annie miraculously ensorcelled a shadow bear - a ferocious denizen of the petrified forests outside the colony - turning it into her pet. To this day she keeps her bear ''Tibbers'' by her side, often keeping him spellbound as a stuffed doll to be carried like a child's toy. The combination of Annie's lineage and the dark magic of her birthplace have given this little girl tremendous arcane power. It is this same girl who now finds herself as one of the most sought-after champions within the League of Legends - even by the city-state that would have exiled her parents had they not fled beforehand.
''Annie may be one of the most powerful champions ever to have fought in a Field of Justice. I shudder to think of her capabilities when she becomes an adult.''
-- High Councilor Kiersta Mandrake

Passive: Pyromania - After casting 4 spells, Annie's next offensive spell will stun the target for 1.75 seconds.
Your W has a short range, so if your stun is up I wouldn't recommend using it unless you're sure you are close enough.
Your E should be used whenever you are being attacked by ANYTHING.
Your R should be casted on groups of PEOPLE in team fights, and only use it when you have your stun up, or else it's kind of useless.
Your combo should look like with (without ult) stun with Q, w, Q, e
Your combo with ultimate: q, w, e, stun with R on a group of people
for farming you want to walk up to a group of minions and make sure your W hits all of them, then use your Q at will.
Do not use tibbers on groups of minions, your R has a really long cooldown.
The only time I would even consider using him outside of teamfights is for: Vilemaw, Baron, or pushing on TURRETS.
Now I'm going to show you summoner spells, why you should and shouldn't use them.
I take Flash and Ignite on her by default. It's most commonly used for mid annie and twisted treeline annie.
Barrier: I would not really recommend this summoner spell, unless you are in ARAM (all random all mid) map. But if you feel you REALLY need to use it, I'm not stopping you.
Heal : It's not a bad spell to take if you are a brand new Annie. If you do not feel that confident in your ability with her, feel free!
Clairvoyance: I would not get this summoner spell. If you usually get it on AP burst champions, go ahead, but I would not recommend it. This summoner spell is meant for supports mainly.
Clarity: It gives you back mana. well, it's not a terrible summoner spell. It's okay to get it. Not the best, but not the worst! If you think you'll have mana problems, feel free. But if you're following my build you really shouldn't have that many problems.
Revive: I wouldn't get this. I mean ever. It's not a good spell for her, she needs something for sustain, not reviving herself. If you feel you'll need it, go ahead.
Cleanse: Would not get this unless I'm in ARAM. If you're new, feel free to take this.
Smite: Do not get this, this spell is meant for junglers, not AP (ability power) carries! If you want to jungle annie, heh... find a different guide.
exhaust: Not a bad spell if you plan on going top.
teleport: Really no need to get this, you're in 3v3 and you can reach your turrets fairly quickly.
Garrison: This... I'm pretty sure it's for Dominion only. Even if you CAN get it on TT, do not get it.
Ghost: Not a bad spell at all if you're in the mood to chase some noobs down. haha =)
