The concept of this build is Lucian passive being able to deal on hit effects. U get 4% (bloodrazor) + 8% (blade of the ruined king) of targets max hp in on hit physical dmg. Ur passive deals this twice so u get 24% on hit dmg of ur target's max hp. U want to build tank to have some sustain and deal ur dmg.
