Yes I am silver but I do very well with this build so someone with higher skill can perform much better with this build. I believe it's a solid build that can help someone in most elos.

Your first item and skill order go hand in hand. You have to choose the correct item based on what you want to max. I generally max my W and E first for the burst. You can however max Ezreal's Q first which allows for poke and help with farming. If you max Q make sure you build sheen first. Maxing W or E provides more freedom as you can build a few items first. Zhonyas, Rabadons, Morellonimcon, and ludens will all provide damage. I recommend and usually build ludens first.

AP Ezreal is an extremely good team fighter as long as you can land skillshots. One Ultimate can change the entire team fight. You want to stay far away and send poke leading up to, during, and after the fight. If you are ahead you can also explode squishes, one ult, e, w combo can easily kill a squishy target. During lane I recommend farming and playing safe while you stack that lovely gold. Look for picks with your ult, poke, farm, and try to roam if you get the chance.

Cons:
-The biggest Con is probably the fact that everything is a skillshot. You can have the potential to do tons of damage but it's worthless if you miss everything.
-No damage output between bursts. After you send all your skills and auto attack with lich bane you kind of just stand there with fabulous hair.
Pros:
-Insane burst potential.
-Long range skills, safe.
-Global picks.
-Solid team fighting.

Learn to respect your own damage and abilities. It can be easy to think you're going to one hit everything then dash in, not kill them, and be stuck there. Play safe, farm, roam, and whip those golden locks back and forth. Try to hit as many people with your ult as possible and stay back while poking during team fights.
