Okay, so AP and Magic Resist building with galio isn't bad. I really like the idea; however, it seems as though having a mana pot at the beginning along with clarity might be redundant. I mean, I do think that clarity is a great skill with galio, I've just found that he's better served with more hp regen as he does have to get close to the minions before attacking. Just my opinion, though...

Oh I didn't thought about that point. But Banshee's Veil gives you Magic Resist too and I want to give an example for an Armor item. Maybe Thornmail would be a nice item to support Idol of Durand.

Nice build dude, but a few minor suggestions. Instead of the Frozen Heart, you might want to place Banshee's Veil because if you slow down surrounding attackers, you hinder Idol of Durand's effectivenes, because you want them to hit you as much as possible during the channeling. Also, you wrote Archangel's Stuff at a certain point in this build.

Have you considered Guardian Angel, possibly over force of nature. Once you use Idol (especially in a big fight) chances are you will end up dying. Guardian Allows your team to pummel them while they are taunted by your Idol, but also giving you a revive to possibly get back up and Smite or Gust them for a final Kill.
